Conditions

Rates of hire:

• $800/Night, 2 night minimum
• Off peak rate - $700/Night, 2 night minimum

Conditions of hire:

• Payment of a $500- non-refundable deposit will confirm your booking.
• Payment can be made via cheque or EFT.
• Balance of the hire fee is due 1 week prior to date of booking.
• Check in from 2pm (as arranged)
• Check out by 12 noon
• Strictly no smoking inside the house
• Strictly no pets
• The house is an adults only retreat with the total number of adults not exceeding 8
• The owner reserves the right to terminate your stay upon complaints from local residents

Bond:

• A $500 bond is payable 1 week prior to occupancy. This will be refunded within 7 days of your vacancy if everything is in order.
• Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning if the house and property is not left in a neat and tidy condition.
• Damage and loss will be charged for at cost and at the discretion of the owner.

Cancellations:

• If a cancellation occurs and the property is not rebooked, the owner reserves the right to refund at their discretion
